New KMC X8 (X8.99) 8-Speed Full Nickel Plated eXtra Stretch Proof Bicycle Chain.  Fits 5, 6, 7, or 8-speed bicycle drive trains.  New KMC 8-Speed MissingLink chain link is included (no tools required).

Formerly called the "X8.99" chain.  In 2019 KMC updated their chain model name and packaging for this chain.  This is the exact same chain as the previously named, "X8.99", chain.  The key difference between this KMC 8-speed chain and other KMC 8-speed chains is the full nickel plating on both the other and inner chain plates, giving it a solid silver color, and greater corrosion resistance.

Compatible with SRAM, Campagnolo, Shimano, and other modern 5, 6, 7, and 8-speed bicycle drive trains.  Also great for use with internal geared hubs.  This chain has full nickel plating which helps to prevent corrosion, while also helping the to keep the chain looking nice longer.  Nickel plating also increases the lubricity of the chain, resulting in a smoother running, longer lasting chain.
